A number is only useful
if you can check it.
Every score names its inputs, its commit, and its model version. Open the arithmetic to see how it was counted.
MEASUREMENT
Counts, denominators, and weights.
Four measurements

Confidence
Confidence has a boundary.
A model-ranked connection stays Possible. A high similarity score does not turn it into a proven contradiction.

- The document says one thing, the diff says another, both shown.
- Likelya rule fired, and was checked
- Your mapping, or a path rule put to the document it names.
- Possiblesimilarity, or history
- A lead. Worth reading, and worth nothing in the score.
Model versions
Every score records its model version. If the arithmetic changes, you can tell why the number moved.
